The initial results speak for themselves: dozens of employees use Copilot every day with an outstanding level of satisfaction, and more than one hundred use cases have already been identified that are improving processes across multiple departments. As a result, the company is positioning itself at the forefront of digital transformation<\/strong> within its industry, taking a significant leap forward in productivity and efficiency through generative AI.<\/p>\nDuring the first phase of adoption<\/strong>, more than 130 high-value use cases<\/strong> were identified, with a 9\/10 satisfaction rate<\/strong> among users, who rely on Copilot daily for tasks such as content creation, data analysis, and information summarization. This adoption has delivered time savings, higher-quality outputs, and greater focus on strategic activities<\/strong>, helping to consolidate a people-centered digital culture.<\/p>\nThe second phase<\/strong> was launched in September, expanding access to Microsoft 365 Copilot to more than 120 employees.
