proyectos CRM con POLARIS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La actualizaci\u00f3n POLARIS de Dynamics CRM ha introducido novedades que invitan a repensar c\u00f3mo plantear a partir de ahora el alcance de algunos requerimientos t\u00edpicos en los proyectos CRM, e<span style=\"font-size: 16px\">specialmente en lo que respecta a la<strong> automatizaci\u00f3n de procesos<\/strong>, con los nuevos formularios de flujos de procesos, y a la <strong>integraci\u00f3n con terceros sistemas<\/strong>, Skype y Bing concretamente.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Automatizaci\u00f3n de procesos<\/h2>\n<p>De forma complementaria a la versatilidad que ofrecen los procesos\/flujos de trabajo, los nuevos <strong>formularios de flujos de procesos (UUX forms)<\/strong>, f\u00e1cilmente editables \u00a0y configurables desde la propia interfaz, ofrecen a los usuarios una forma muy intuitiva de introducir los datos relacionados con clientes potenciales, oportunidades y casos.<\/p>\n<p><a para un proyecto CRM es el ahorro en las jornadas dedicadas a la formaci\u00f3n de los usuarios, en tanto que esta nueva caracter\u00edstica facilita en gran medida la adopci\u00f3n del sistema pues les permite, de una forma hiper-guiada, introducir justo los datos requeridos en cada fase del proceso correspondiente.<\/p>\n<p><a de la telefon\u00eda con <\/strong><\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 16px\">Skype, <\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">que permite establecer llamadas ente usuarios de este sistema y que, adem\u00e1s, crea autom\u00e1ticamente las actividades de tipo llamada, para reportar el contenido de las mismas en el propio CRM.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a integraci\u00f3n de forma nativa.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">La segunda integraci\u00f3n que permite lo mismo que la anterior es la <\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 16px\">integraci\u00f3n con Bing<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">, como sistema de geolocalizaci\u00f3n de las cuentas, contactos y clientes potenciales en y procesos) o la adquisici\u00f3n de productos de terceros (telefon\u00eda), con un coste relativamente asequible para el cliente final que finalmente se reduce a la formaci\u00f3n de los usuarios en estas nuevas caracter\u00edsticas.<\/p>\n<p>Definitivamente, Microsoft vuelve a &#8216;aprovechar&#8217; las buenas ideas y productos en el mercado CRM (integraci\u00f3n con Google maps en codeplex y productos de terceros -avaya, mscrm-addons-) para acercar a sus clientes CRM a sus propios productos y tecnolog\u00edas (Skype y Bing).<\/p>\n<!-- AddThis Advanced Settings generic via filter on
