Ser\u00e1n los clientes los que de motu propio se definan y expresen sus intereses, en un proceso de participaci\u00f3n y di\u00e1logo con otros y con nosotros mismos (nuestra empresa).<br \/>Por ejemplo, si un cliente est\u00e1 iniciando el proyecto de autopromoci\u00f3n de su vivienda necesitar\u00e1 consejos, ofertas y referencias de un mont\u00f3n de cosas, y tambi\u00e9n necesitar\u00e1 financiaci\u00f3n a su medida de forma impl\u00edcita a lo anterior o de forma expl\u00edcita en un momento u otro. Si un cliente quiere emprender un proyecto empresarial estar\u00e1 a la b\u00fasqueda y captura de un mont\u00f3n de cosas, y seguro que estar\u00e1 como nunca, interesado por productos de banca para empresa.
